With over 20 years of experience in IT, my career stands out for leadership as IT Manager at MaxKey Participações. Under my management, a team of 23 professionals operated effectively across six different companies, totaling over 750 employees. It's worth noting a seventh entity, MaxAGP, with a division for public sales units and another for specialized reception services. In this strategic position, I managed resources, conducted negotiations, and oversaw the development of internal systems.

At Las Vegans, I served as Administrative Partner, overseeing the administrative and financial areas, as well as coordinating teams and conducting internal training.

As an IT Consultant at Un.Tag, I took on the responsibility of assessing needs, planning, and quoting solutions for the start of a competitive operation from scratch.

At Sandpiper, as IT Manager, I led the restructuring of the department, implementing measures to enhance security, planning the infrastructure for the company's new reality, and adjusting the budget to meet internal demand.

At Sim TV, as Coordinator of IT Infrastructure, I restructured the Networks and Servers departments nationwide.

At the age of 15, I began my journey in IT autonomously, facing challenges and acquiring knowledge at an early age (which I did not account for in these 20 years of IT). Later on, I joined Spread Soluções em TI as a Support Analyst and progressed to become a Team Leader at TIM Holding (TIM Brasil), overseeing and ensuring excellence for over 1500 users at level 2. At Dermage, I had the honor of being recognized with the title of Senior Support Technician, being the only employee to achieve two simultaneous promotions up to that point. Subsequently, I worked as a Support Analyst at Natan Jóias, a family-owned and exclusive company with over 50 years of history, where positions are filled only for individuals of utmost trust.
